Terms and Conditions of Use – Wickcouture.com

By accessing or using www.wickcouture.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using our services.

1. 🛒 Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
  • We accept secure payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other payment gateways offered on the site.
  • Wickcouture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of our policies.

2. 🕯️ Custom & Bulk Orders

  • Custom orders (including personalized scents, labels, or vessels) are final sale and non-refundable once production begins.
  • Bulk/wholesale orders may require a deposit and are subject to longer processing times.
  • All custom specifications must be confirmed in writing via email before production starts.

3. 📦 Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within the U.S. (and internationally if offered) using USPS, UPS, or other standard carriers.
  • Standard processing time is 3–5 business days (custom orders may take longer).
  • Once shipped, Wickcouture is not liable for delays or lost packages due to courier issues. We recommend purchasing tracked shipping.

4. 🔁 Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Claims for damaged products must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.
  • Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

5. 📄 Intellectual Property

  • All designs, products, logos, brand names, text, and images on this website are the intellectual property of Wickcouture and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.
  • Custom candle designs created for specific clients may be featured on our website or social media unless requested otherwise.

6. 📲 User Accounts (If Applicable)

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information at all times.

7. 💡 Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

  • Candles should always be used safely and as directed. Wickcouture is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from misuse.
  • Always follow safety instructions provided with your candle (e.g., never leave unattended, keep away from children/pets, trim wicks, etc.).

8. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wickcouture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

9. 🔄 Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website implies agreement with the current version of these Terms.

Return and Refund Policy

 Wickcouture Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2025

Because each candle is hand-poured with care, we uphold high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Please review our return policy carefully before purchasing.

 All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the handmade and custom nature of our candles, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items (including custom scents, vessels, or labels)
  • Burned or used candles
  • Sale or clearance items

 Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every candle. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage.
  3. Once approved, we will send a replacement or store credit.

Note: We do not refund shipping costs.

 Scent Preferences

Please note:
Scent is subjective and can vary based on personal preference, room size, and burn time. We do not offer returns based on scent dissatisfaction. If unsure, try a smaller size or a discovery pack first!
